Join us at Shaka Taco in Hampstead for a special morning of movement, faith, and community as we come together to Praise for a Cause! This event is in support of sweet Emma and her family as she celebrates her first birthday!
Emma is a loving little girl battling CDKL5 deficiency disorder, a rare genetic condition that can cause seizures and significant developmental challenges. All ticket proceeds from this event will go directly toward supporting Emma and her family as they navigate ongoing treatments, therapies, and care.
We'll begin the morning with an intentional devotional followed by a 45-minute faith-based mat workout, moving together in celebration of the life God has given us and the hope we have in Him.
Your morning includes:
- An intentional devotional
- A 45-minute mat-based workout
- Community, connection, and an opportunity to support Emma and her family
Come move for Emma, pray over her, celebrate her, and remind her family that they don't walk this journey alone!
Following the event we invite you to stay for lunch at Shaka Taco for extended community time. (lunch not included in ticket price)
Please bring your own workout mat and water!
